Meet Your Coach

Hey, I’m Glenn — founder of The Functional Movement Club and creator of the Functional Reset Method.

I’ve spent over 10 years as a chiropractor helping people break free from the stop–start cycle of pain. And here’s what I’ve seen over and over again: most people don’t need more stretching or another quick-fix treatment. What they really need is a way to reset how their body moves so they can build strength, resilience, and confidence that lasts.

My drive for this work started close to home. I watched my grandmother, Nana Craig, lose her independence in her later years because of pain and limited movement. It broke my heart to see how much that stole from her — and I made it my mission to make sure fewer people had to go through the same.
